Biodynamically grown from low yielding, non-irrigated vines in the Cardinia Ranges. The fruit was fermented using its indigenous yeasts, in large open wooden fermenters for a prolonged period. Aged in new and used French Oak barriques for sixteen months before being bottled. Then aged for eleven years in our cellars for you to enjoy. This delightful, nuanced Pinot is offering plenty of lovely tertiary savouriness with hints of bright primary fruit.
